The best service from all staff from the door to reception, concierge, to all other departments. The rooms size and cleanliness is great, the lighting and placent of mirrors is on point. The bathrooms design are excellent not to mention they are well maintained. Also worth mentioning that their concierge is the best based on my previous stay, and they are they most flexible hotel with check in and check out timings

From Ali cheerful greeting in checking, to the most mouth-watering dinner in Las Pampas, an amazing night's sleep, and a truly awesome breakfast - this bouquet hotel surpasses excellence. We will surely be back, and I can't recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for pure luxury, at a very affordable price.

Pleasant lobby and downstairs food and beverages for receiving others. Nice fizzy grapefruit and rosemary mocktail. Attentive staff which have been there since the opening and remember customers.

Finally, which I am supposed to start with staff hospitality is overwhelming from the front desk to concerge they all answered my inquiries and make my stay worthy.

I ended up having to stay in quarantaine 7 days because of a positive pcr test. Hotel staff managed that very well, bringing flowers, towels and good food to my room. Concierge organizing the tests.
